We understand that not everyone’s life circumstances may allow for a two-night celebration. If that’s the case, we’d still love for you join us for the ceremony and celebrations— and we just ask that you plan your travel with safety in mind.
-
Our venue has a 2-night minimum stay, and we've planned the wedding so we can all have more time together — something we don’t usually get with weddings!
Staying one night on-site isn’t something we’re able to offer, but you’re welcome to book the full 2 nights and use the time however works for you.
-
Since many of you are coming from out of town and will be needing a place to stay anyway anyway, it felt important to us that we all stay in one place— both for the experience and so everyone can celebrate safely and fully.
If that doesn’t work for you, you can look into staying off-site, though we won’t be organizing alternative accommodations.
-
We will assign all beds. We will prioritize the beds inside the houses for older guests and guests with small children. We are also keeping in mind which guests have camped before and are most likely to be comfortable sleeping in the tents. We feel confident that all accommodations will be comfortable for everyone.
-
We will be providing food for the whole stay. Feel free to bring any snacks and drinks you’d like.
-
The tents themselves do not have bathrooms directly attached to them. However, there is a bathroom facility central to all the tents. It includes showers and laundry machines. Even though it is a standalone building, we were impressed by how nice and modern the facilities are.

Ceremony + Reception:
Cocktail/garden party attire. Dress for a special occasion while being comfortable. If you hate ties, don’t wear one! Please try to avoid white outfits so that we can stand out!
Rest of the stay:
Bring regular clothes that are comfortable for being outdoors and walking. Evenings are chilly, so make sure to bring layers. If you’d like to swim in the pond or use the hot tub, bring a bathing suit.
